Symn Tuning Fork

Symn’s semiquantitative tuning fork. Frequency – 108.75 Hz. This very large tuning fork (length 36cm) incorporates a small window which disappears as the vibrations diminish. At that moment, one applies the tuning fork to the patient and begins counting. The patient signals the when the vibrations are no longer detected. Very long note duration.
